Optional website analytics
With your consent, Sentry receives technical browser error reports, hosted in Germany. Reports contain a general error type and deployed code locations. Error messages, enquiry contents, user identifiers, request headers, console logs and recordings are excluded. Browser reports are sent only while consent is active. Sentry also measures sessions without unhandled errors using a temporary random identifier held only in memory, session timestamps, error counts and the deployed version. No Sentry cookies or persistent visitor identifiers are used. A session spans this open page and its client-side navigation, and is discarded when consent is withdrawn. Independently of browser analytics consent, sanitized server error reports and availability checks help us keep the website operating. When the browser blocks content under this website’s security policy, it reports this to our own server. Sentry then receives the rule, the blocked website address or kind of content (such as inline code), the page type, and technical event details: an event identifier, the time, the website version and the environment. See Sentry’s privacy notice.
With your consent, Dental Holding uses PostHog Cloud EU to measure page visits, traffic sources, clicks, scrolling, selected enquiry routes and successful enquiry submissions. The analytics data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
With your consent, Dental Holding also uses Google Analytics 4 for page visits, traffic sources, selected enquiry routes and successful enquiry submissions. Google receives browser and session identifiers, page paths, referring website domains, supported campaign labels and device/browser information. Google derives approximate location, such as country and city, from your IP address. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Google Signals, advertising personalization and automatic form tracking are disabled.
Analytics includes a randomly generated browser identifier, session identifiers, page paths, referring website domains, supported campaign labels and basic device/browser information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and the contents of enquiry forms are not included. Session recording and automatic capture of element text are disabled.
PostHog heatmaps use click coordinates on the home, stores, partners and contact pages; scroll measurements show how far these pages are viewed. These measurements are not sent to Google Analytics.
Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days using local storage. After acceptance, analytics storage is used as described below. Analytics identifiers are cleared when you reject analytics or when your choice expires and the website next checks it.
PostHog uses local and session storage for analytics identifiers, not cookies.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies with names beginning dental_holding_ga to distinguish browsers and sessions. They are limited to this website and configured to expire within 180 days, subject to shorter browser limits. They are only set after acceptance and are removed when you withdraw your consent.
The legal basis for browser analytics and browser error reports is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sanitized server error and security policy reports rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics is off until you accept it. You can reject it without affecting the website or enquiry forms, and withdraw consent through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not delete events already received by the analytics providers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics disabled.
For further information, see PostHog’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy or use the contact details in our privacy policy.
